Dear Prospective client of Ms. Donna Duryea,
It with great pleasure and privilege that I write this letter to express my thoughts and
feelings about Donna, not only as an excellent real estate agent, but also as a friend. My
wife and I were introduced to Donna via mutual friends in Hilo in early January of 2009.
We made the decision to relocate to Washington State for employment opportunities, and
therefore made the even harder decision to sale the home that we built in Rain Forest.
Like Donna I was born and raised on the Islands of Hawai’i and immediately knew that
Donna would understand my hesitation to sale my home and leave my paradise. Having
that constant ALOHA and understanding of island life I knew that Donna would make
the transition for my family and I as stress-free as possible, especially being that this
would be a long distance transaction. Donna was always only a phone call away and was

themselves. Her energetic, get the job done, client first demeanor was infectious and
appreciated.
